- How does it work?
Browse within the website and choose from:

The website allows you to input your information and then gives you a logical recommendation based on your requests. After you have posted your job, an agent will accept the job and begin the service you requested. Remember, all service providers charge the same price. Unless you choose a full service mover, you will need to deal directly with the moving agent about pricing and restrictions.
- What is the cost of this service?
Once you post your job with the appropriate information, you will choose the number of workers needed to do your move. In the drop window, it will give you the price for a crew of one, two, three, four or five crew workers. After you have made your selection, a credit card deposit will be required to book an agent and a MoveMewithCare.com customer service representative will contact you for additional details. You will then discuss the method of payment for the balance. Most agents will accept cash or cashier’s check. You will, however, need to discuss payment methods prior to the day of service.
- What happens if the moving agent do not call to confirm date and time of service?
In that case, you will need to re-contact MoveMewithCare.com and we will speak with the agent for you. Sometimes an agent can have a full schedule and not realize it. Agents must inform MoveMewithCare.com of any changes. We will then find a way to get you (the customer) the services you require. Since we have several agents servicing the same city, we are certain that another MoveMewithCare.com agent will be able to send a crew of professional movers to do your job.
- What are the recommendations posted once we fill an order online?
When completing the questionnaire on our automated system, you will notice recommendations that professional relocation consultants have suggested to make your move more economical and efficient. You may choose to consider or ignore these recommendations.
- What about canceling the job for personal reasons?
All agents have rules when it comes to job cancellation. After booking through MovingMewithCare.com system, if you decide to cancel your order prior to us charging your credit card deposit, we will just forward a message to our agent and you wont be penalized for your cancellation. However, once we charge your credit card, our state of the art system will exchange contact information between you and the moving provider, which in return, won't be able to cancel the order once your credit card is charged. You will have your provider information and you can contact them once you decide the new moving date. No reimbursement are made after deposit is charged since we have already done our research and contacted our agent, overhead charges are applied.
- What equipment is offered for the move?
After placing your online order, you will need to discuss moving equipment and tools with your agent. You may request dollies, hand-trucks, or any kind of tools to disassemble furniture. Full-service movers, on the other hand, have all the equipment in their trucks ready to serve you. Full-service movers also have moving blankets and other packing supplies on hand to help you avoid damages to your furniture.
- What about credit card privacy?
Your privacy is our priority. When you order a service online, we only ask for the last 4 digit of your credit card. A customer sale representative will contact you to finalize the details of the transaction. The credit card number is not posted online so no possible risk of credit card fraud is present. We want to avoid any violation of privacy.
